Sanju Samson is required to stay in the UAE before the 2021 T20 World Cup
According to IANS reports, BCCI has requested Sanju Samson, Kerala and Rajasthan Royal Team (RR) captains to stay in the UAE. Samson's RR recently failed to qualify for the playoffs of the Indian Premier League (IPL 2021), ranking seventh in the standings.
However, his bat is very good. He scored 484 points in 14 matches and named him for a century and two and a half centuries with an average hit rate of 40.33 and 136.72. This transportation is his best in IPL history. And his being asked to stay has ignited the rumor factory because everyone is guessing why.
Sanju Samson will stay in the UAE until further notice as BCCI will announce the final lineup on October 15th
Although not as good as IPL 2021 in India, when IPL 14 was moved to desert countries due to the COVID pandemic in India, Samson's outing in the United Arab Emirates was also quite good.
Although Samson's team failed to make the playoffs, his racket state attracted a lot of attention. In the current version of the IPL UAE, he scored 207 points in 7 games, of which 82 points were his highest score, and then there were 70 points not out. He has an additional advantage, that is, as a goalkeeper, he serves his team.
Due to the poor performance of Hardik Pandya and Rahul Chahar, Samson's hopes of being selected are high, because some of them are either struggling with troubles or in poor form. India will start participating in the last team of the upcoming T20 World Cup on October 17 and will be named on October 15.
According to reports, even though his team was eliminated from the IPL on October 7, Samson was still required to stay in the UAE until further notice, which has led to more and more speculation. Sanju Samson and his fans will be nervous until October 15, when the final T20 World Cup lineup is announced.
